The startNever cared about coffee until I tried a French press. Now it's the first thing every morning. Can't remember a day in the last 3 years without one.
Best coffee I ever hadSomewhere in Suru Valley, Ladakh. Hiked to a remote spot, brewed an Aeropress. Hard to top that.
Current setupPour over, Clever dripper (my favorite), Aeropress Go (great for travel), cold brew maker (summers only), Timemore Chestnut grinder
BeansMostly medium roast. Best so far: Attikan Estate from Blue Tokai. Tried: Spring Bloom, Broot, Third Wave, most Blue Tokai flavors, 92 Coffee, Araku, Savorworks, Black Baza.
Brew numbers1:15 coffee to water. 83-87 degrees for Clever dripper, around 2 minutes. 94 degrees for Aeropress.
