How do you move from setting up push notifications to creating measurable revenue growth?
₹2Cr+ in incremental revenue per month. But that's not the story.
One month into Zupee, I got pulled into a room and told I was now running PMM. Not joining a team. Building it from scratch.
Went back to first principles. Made mistakes. Iterated. Stopped measuring CTRs, started tracking conversion and revenue. PMM went from nice to have to sitting with leadership.
Built a team of 5. At my farewell, senior product leader said: "Aditya transformed PMM from an uncool role to a key function."
